Jeff Ferguson

Director of Operations

Jeff is an operations professional with over 30 years of experience in operations, logistics, and customer experience. He holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, underscoring his commitment to efficiency and excellence.

Throughout his career, Jeff has demonstrated remarkable adaptability and versatility. He began in the automotive aftermarket distribution sector and seamlessly transitioned into manufacturing within the confections and commercial flooring industries. Most recently, he served as the Director of Customer Engagement at Mannington Mills.

At Emerald, Jeff leads the Field Decommission and Field Service product lines and oversees operations at our plants in Georgia, Ohio, and Texas. Additionally, he manages our third-party logistics partners across the company.

Jeff and his wife Sara have been married for 29 years and are the proud parents of Robert, who is currently in high school.

I would like to thank Emerald for your assistance with the recent equipment recycling effort... We have disposed of three power transformers and thousands of gallons of oil...I also want to express my appreciation for your field service crew. The crew has been on property the last two weeks removing transformers from substations. The work was completed in a safe, timely and professional manner. Your crews have been on property for prior recycling efforts and I am always pleased with their efforts. I look forward to working with you to remove the remainder of the equipment by the end of the year.
